The location was excellent, very close to the station, shops and eating places.
The apartment door couldn't be locked from the inside as the lock was faulty. We stuck a ladle under the door for peace of mind but guests should be able to feel secure and surely fixing the lock would not be a problem.
The TV wasn't working, and as I had come to London to enjoy Wimbledon it was very disappointing not to be able to watch matches on TV. Fortunately I had my laptop with me but I wanted a bigger screen.

The lock on the door is difficult to lock from the inside. This was an issue we raised last year also, disappointing it has not been addressed
