The location on the lake was amazing! It was close to Waterton Lakes National Park. We watched beautiful sunsets over the lake and mountains each evening. The home is new and so is everything in it. It had the best stocked kitchen for cooking of any rental we’ve had in 11 years. There is also a gas grill on the deck. The host provided supplies for the washer, dryer and dishwasher. The bed we slept in was comfortable. Having an extra bathroom was a bonus. They also offered to let us use the garage, but we didn’t need it.
Two of the beds are listed as queens, but a little small to us (we have a king at home but have slept in queens before that seemed bigger). I think the master bedroom is large enough for a king so changing that might be nice. The couches appear to be new, but they are low and not very comfortable. While we were there we think 3 different groups stayed downstairs. I’m sure they were just talking at normal levels, but it was very loud. It echoed in the space. It would be extremely disturbing if you got a very noisy group that stayed up late.

We like the house, well equipped and the view is phenomenom. The locations is good too, defenitely we would like to come back again.
The shower head should be replaced to rain shower head. The matresses need a new one.

Great location on Payne Lake, only 20 mins to Waterton
