We were met very late at night upon our arrival with a lovely cool welcome drink. Very friendly staff. Could not fault check-in and check-out. Affordable and great value for money.
Some road noise when sitting outside. Can be heard less in the bedrooms. There is construction across the road (not that impacted our stay), a high end luxury hotel being built on the beach. I suspect once that is built the beach will be a big nicer to visit.

Villa was amazing, very comfortable, private and close to restaurants, cafes and beach
Large development underway nearby, might make it difficult in future

Big villa located centrally in Seseh. Each bedroom had its own large ensuite. Beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen/dining/lounge which was good for our group.
There were a few maintenance issues upon arrival. One rooms aircon wasn’t working. This meant one of the couples in our group went and stayed in our other friends villa. A maintenance man came the next door to sort it.
There was evidence of mould to the sheer curtains in the bottom right bedroom. Would be hard to control this though with the tropical climate.

Big and spacious and the pool was great
Property is very luxurious but probably is starting to age a bit and needs a repaint. Still a beautiful place.
