The employees were so welcoming and attended to every need.

Maybe add floor heaters or maybe bigger heaters for the harsh winters.

Comfortable clean and friendly staff

No filter to use coffee machine unfortunately

Cleanliness

Nothing everything was good

Accommodation is right next door to an informal settlement. There is no fence around the property, were a little concerned about car, but owner quickly assured us that security would be doing patrols around the area. Car was fine. Amazing kitchen facilities

The sewage smell in our room when we opened the door was overwhelming. We opened windows and used a small fan to try and circulate the air. Owner did ask municipality to check, but it still did not resolve the issue of the smell. The photos of the standard room are misleading, the room was very small. Literally our bed, with a sleeper couch right up against the foot of the bed and then enough room for your legs before you get to the TV unit. You can make use of the communal lounge in the house, otherwise if you wanted to stay in the room, you had to either stay in bed or sit on the cramped couch. There is a tiny fan, no other way to cool down the room. Feel is is overpriced for what you get.
