Property is in town with parking facilities. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

8 / 10Eccellente·mag 2026

Central situation was good. Parking was excellent. We’ve never stayed in this type of accommodation but really liked no key system. Room was adequate and facilities clean. Sound proofing pretty good.

Huge laundry bags piled at the reception area detracted from the nice curving staircase. Double bed was small

7 / 10Buono·mag 2026

Big room, nice en-suite, plenty hot water, comfortable bed, good heater in room, & the biscuits.

Carpet was badly stained. Telly was rubbish, kept loosing the signal, & the volume level fluctuated of its own accord. Bed was too near entrance to the en-suite, making it tight to get in & out. No teaspoon for taking out the hot teabag.

The location was great.

The booking process is ridiculous, I got bombarded with over a 100 e.mails for 8 rooms. And on the day of check in, 1 room.which was paid for got cancelled. £248 to get a replacement room elsewhere, and the promised refund has still to be paid. The customer service staff who i spoke with had extremely poor English and are difficult to understand but tried to be helpful.
