The Cliff by Zuper - Panchgani

Amazing location and beautiful view from the property and the room. Decent sized room with a nice balcony with amazing view of the rolling green hills all around and lake. Effectively you get the same view as Parsi point, which is 4 minutes away by foot. Polite and courteous staff. Smooth check in and check out. Provided contact details for a local cab for sightseeing though it was very expensive. Excellent Indian food at the on site restaurant where I had dinner- one of the best lamb chops I've ever had.

Staff kept calling throughout the afternoon and evening to announce various events - magic show, live music etc, even when I requested not to call. Breakfast was slightly underwhelming in terms of variety. Live music at dinner was very good though it got a little loud as the space was enclosed and not open.

Temperature controlled pool can be more better with good heating mechanism. Need better housekeeping staff

The views, pools, pool bar and the food are the best in panchgani/ mahabaleshwar

The room and the common areas had a strong pesticide smell which was very unpleasant
