Location and condition of the unit.
Confusion at check in, but everything was resolved promptly.

Les équipements et le parking compris dedans. En face il y a une épicerie.
Niveau propreté tout a l’air propre mais ne l’est pas … la literie par exemple.

I needed a convenient location to Kaiser urgent care because I was sick. There were very few options in our price range, so I was grateful for the room. Uncle Joe was friendly and they helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Grateful for the refrigerator, microwave and toaster so we could make some simple food. The room was clean and adequate for our needs for two days before we were able to fly home.
The room was very sparse. No sofa. Bed on a frame...no headboard. Only one night stand. No place to put our luggage except on the floor.
