Pros: We had family camping at Paris Mountain State Park. This was only 10 minutes from there. It was close to lots of things in town and only a few minutes away from downtown Greenville. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and there was wifi, heat and AC. Checking in was super easy (you just give them a general time frame and they'll give you the code) and clean up before leaving was a breeze.

Cons: The one bathroom is really tiny, but we made it work just fine. It also feels like it's in a bit of a sketchy part of town at first, but after the first night, it was fine. The neighbors were quiet and we had no issues when taking the dog on a walk in the back yard.

Pretty big house with 3 total bedrooms - 2 rooms with queen beds, 1 room with bunkbeds. All rooms had closets. All kitchen appliances were brand new! Stackable washer/dryer available as well. There was not a limit on storage or places to put your items. Nice little sitting area out back for the morning coffee and watching the SC birds was amazing! Location was PRIME and easy to restaurants, gas stations, scenic routes, and highways. Also, any time I sent the owners a message they responded with very quickly!

Yard could use some grass. Bathroom is on the small side - I'm a big girl, but made it work. Neither of these would prevent us from booking another trip!

Clean, cosey and comfortable. Price was excellent and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. And the fact it was pet friendly was definitely a must.

It is a little small but much better than expected for the price.
