The house is lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. We made good use of the hot tub! Emma was easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

The hosts were welcoming and super responsive from the point of booking and throughout our stay. There is a well equipped kitchen with some lovely extras that were there for our arrival, including fresh eggs from the farm chickens. The garden and hot tub area is great for evenings under the stars. The bathrooms are spotless with great showers and the bedrooms have super comfy beds with feather duvets and pillows and good quality cotton bedding. The lounge is cosy with comfy sofas and a fire, plus a fabulous dining room, with a cupboard stocked full
of great board games. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children and the house suited us perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend this farmhouse for anyone wanting a cosy but luxurious stay in beautiful Devon.

Lovely property in the perfect location for us near family and friends. We v much appreciated the cosy farmhouse and warm welcome. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into striking the right balance between luxury accommodation while only a stones throw from Dartmoor or the coast. What more could you ask for than homemade salted caramel brownie's on arrival or welcoming in the new year in the hot tub, with fizz and majestic fireworks in front of us.
