We loved the sleeping arrangements. 4 fully furnished rooms nestled between a cozy living space, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and nice dining area. The record player was a nice touch that we enjoyed, and we got good use out of the hot tub and wood fireplace on the chilly fall nights. Check in and check out was simple and straight forward. Decently walkable during the day, but not as ideal when going in to town at night as the neighborhoods are pretty dark.

The property management had just the right amount of contact, and the place itself was very well kept with a nice welcome gift.
It's located within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe. Highly recommend!!

I am so impressed with this experience, it’s one of the best stays I’ve had. A Vacation Different (the company who manages the property) was a pleasure to work with. The place itself was even larger and more well-stocked than I anticipated. 4 completely separate bedrooms plus an additional day bed upstairs made it the perfect spot for a large family trip. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need with enough dishes to feed a crowd. There was an issue with a loud A/C in one of the bedrooms but they were quick to respond and provide space heaters instead. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of exploring and I would gladly stay here again.

This is a comfortable and traditional remodeled and updated downtown home. You will find everything you need and more is all provided for you, from shampoo to dinnerware. The complimentary chocolates and chilled water mean a lot more than you’d think after a long drive. The upstairs suite and patio are awesome, but the whole house is really just great!

This property was a wonderful place for our family of 5, 2 dogs and an overnight couple that joined us. We came from different places in the US and decided Santa Fe was a great meeting place. This home had two fenced in court yards. It's within walking distance to the plaza, shopping, art galleries, dinning. and church. We highly recommend the place and if we choose Santa Fe again for a family gathering we will defiantly consider this house.

Authentic Santa Fe, well stocked kitchen - especially for serving groups. Kids loved air hockey and hottub. Convenient for walking to town and driving to nearby restaurants and museums. Good beds and bedding, nice natural light and space upstairs.

Great house, great location, very good communication from the manager, very clean, everything we needed! We loved walking < 10 mins right into the Plaza. We recommend everyone eat at Tomasita's in downtown Santa Fe, they had excellent service and the best food of our trip!

The bedroom arrangements worked perfectly for us, the two main downstairs rooms were great for sitting together and kids' projects, and since we decided not to have indoor dinners at restaurants, we were very grateful for the well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub was a huge hit, even on cold December nights.

We loved the house-the kitchen was incredibly well stocked-the best I’ve seen; the location was perfect (10 minute walk to the plaza); the hosts were the most responsive and helpful hosts we have ever had! We had 8 people from different families and were all perfectly comfortable (and the teens loved the hot tub). Seriously we couldn’t have asked for a better or more comfortable experience. Thank you!! We will be back!

We were 4 couples who met in Santa Fe for a week. Throughout the week, collectively and individually, comments were made about how much we all were so pleased with the house. The house was perfect for our stay! From the pictures, we were not sure about the space, but it was wonderful. We loved the back patio and used it multiple times for meals and happy hour. Cooking was a delight as there were so many pots, pans, utensils, etc. There was even a spice rack.
Waiting for us on the counter was a gift bag with a lovely note, a box of candy, and a recipe book. What a nice touch.
The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the plaza and a very short drive to the grocery store. The location also worked well for driving to museum hill and Canyon Road as well as the plaza for us who did not walk. One couple also walked to the Georgia O'Keefe museum from the house.
And finally speaking of driving, there is a place to park off the street, although one car sometimes parked on the street.

This house was perfectly situated - we enjoyed a morning run along Alameda and the “river” in the morning. We were able to easily get everywhere we wanted to in Santa Fe, either by foot or a short drive. And there was plenty to do while we were at the house also.
The hosts were excellent. They left a folder of info, that was very helpful. They were very responsive. (We contacted them twice during our week, when a smoke alarm needed a battery replaced, and looking for corn hole bags. Our requests were responded to immediately!)
We were just fine with them, but guests should be aware of a few things: one bedroom is up a circular staircase, so tricky with a heavy suitcase. One of the first floor bedrooms has the water heater in it, and it does make itself known when the water is turned on. The driveway is super narrow, so the driver will want to drop and pick up people after pulling in.

Kelly was easy to work with! Any questions were answered immediately! We loved the back courtyard for our morning coffees and our evening dinners. Our little dog LOVED the front porch in the mornings!! Can wallk to the Square and all the shops and restaurants! It was perfect!

We made full use of the house, with morning coffee on the deck, afternoon cocktails in the garden, and dinner prepared in the well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and the location is walking distance to the Plaza and shops. We would definitely visit again!

This house was so cozy and super close to tone. the Kitchen was amazing and my husband and I loved the bedroom and privacy up stairs. We would stay here again with a large group, everyone had enough space to move around and still feel close.
