Clean 2bed/2ba, perfect for our situation. Located right on the beach with easy access to restaurants, ice cream shops, and grocery. Owners were very responsive!

This condo is located in the perfect spot on the beach. We loved that the building is just 6 floors - it was quiet and there was not a crowd on the beach. The building is just steps from the beach. There was work going on while we were there; we could see improvements and upgrades to the property. Everything was neat and clean.The condo is very close to shops, great restaurants, the state park, and grocery stores.Judy was great to work with. Everything in the condo was as expected. Judy did a good job of responding quickly and efficiently.I would highly recommend this condo.

The unit not cleaned very well. Floor was dirty. Dishwasher had not been unloaded by cleaning staff, and when I unloaded it, there was a skillet which had food sticking to the bottom which did not come out, so I had to wash that and a utensil which had obviously been used to cook whatever was in the skillet.The vent on the closet door of the AC, had a lot of built-up dirt on it.The host was accommodating, quick to respond to concerns.The view was very good, and convenient to the beach.The unit is obviously pretty old. Plumbing not the best. Entire plumbing in kitchen was loose. Sink and stool in master bath needs attention--stool ran for a pretty long time after flushing, and faucet leaked, had to be "jiggled" to keep from dripping.The unit does not have overhead fans (or free-standing fans) in the bedrooms and it got uncomfortably warm at night for sleeping.
