Two of the queen bed frames were broken resulting in unlevel sleeping surfaces. I would count the property as down two queen beds until the queen bed frames are replaced.
The cleaners also were not very conscientious. Bathrooms particularly were left Dirty. Hair in showers etc.
Location is great and in terms of rentals this size in Saint Louis this was about the only property that fit our group. So despite the short comings it’s a nice home for a large group. Lots of space to stretch out. Comfortable beds (the ones that weren’t broken).
Lastly, it’s an old home and 3 levels. We had some issues with water pressure and temperature in some of the bathrooms. Not sure if this is something that can be addressed or just the usual with a home this age. We booked this home so each family could have their own bathroom, but we ended up sharing anyway.

The house was great, huge and everyone had a bed! There was a garage available, unfortunately none of our vehicles fit (compact only). But, street parking was easy and plentiful. It seemed like a great area with lots of walkable shops and restaurants even though we were out and about most days. Had a great time!

The property was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking cooking utensils and dishes. All the bathrooms were fully stocked with name brand products. I had one issue with the main bed in the basement. I reported the bed frame was cracked. Maintenance never called to fix the bed frame. The garage was too small for my car. Sitting in the living room was difficult because the couches were too low. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a small family reunion with our 4 adult siblings and older adult parents. We are from St Louis and familiar with the area and were primarily looking for a place to stay together, play games, eat together and catch up. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was great, and we had a great time.

The property was as pictured. Plenty of supplies . Tv in all bedroom fast WIFi. Lots of eatery around 2 huge parks in the area. Super grocery store around the corner. Family was all impressed. Will be my go to spot for future visits.

Very clean with loads of character. A lot of room for the whole family. Beds were really comfortable. Large kitchen with a table enough for 12 people. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.
