The beach views were amazing!!! The accommodations were equally amazing! If I had to give a critique it would be the stairs to go downstairs and the lack of use of the elevator, as it wasn’t listed as being unable to be used.

We loved the house and the location was great too. Will definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay! That being said I do have a pro/con list. Pro: •the location is perfect multiple things to do within walking distance • the property is beautiful, with the spectacular view • communication with property management was amazing. Quick responses and any needs we had were met! • plenty of room for our whole bunch • ice maker made our life so easy! Didn’t have to buy ice the whole time! • pool was so nice Cons- now these are our preferences/ a few things we noticed while staying: • no trash cans in bathrooms upstairs • no hand soap in bathrooms • wasp and yellow jackets at every window, and the walkway to the beach • couch was pretty small and smelt of vinegar • no rugs or carpets in bedrooms so made for a mess for sand in the bedrooms • rusty door handles from the salty air • furniture in some bedrooms didn’t function properly- very firm mattress in bottom bedroom • the spiral staircase in the living room is extremely small. Must have narrow hips to walk down it Overall our stay was perfect! We’re picky people and most of our cons really just have to do with our personal preferences from past places we’ve stayed! If you’re looking for a beach house with lots of beds, and minutes from anything in Destin this is the place for you!

Overall the home is nice and the beach access is great but property is in need of some significant TLC.
