The remodel of this property is extremely well done! There is abundant room for everyone and it is in a perfect location close to everything. Every room having its own bathroom is wonderful. We have already booked again for our next trip to Gunnison!

This place was so nice. We loved how new it was, the open floor plan and easily walkable to downtown Gunnison. Great for a family to enjoy a beautiful home in my favorite mountain town.

A very clean home in close to the town but in a less than desirable neighborhood. The house has A/C but the owner won't let guests use it.

Beautiful property! Our son plays football for Western university. This property was a perfect spot, close to the university and all other amenities. This is a definite add to the list of places to stay!

We loved the location of this home in that you can walk to everything on Main Street. The layout was great, with 4 beds with baths (perfect for our family). Shampoo, soaps and conditioner were provided which was helpful. Modern finishes, clean, and ample parking. The only downside was the wifi was so bad, it was impossible to work. We ended up driving to the local coffee shop several times to send emails. This was the only reason this isn’t a 5 star property.

Nice property, well equiped kitchen and laundry, and walking distance to downtown Gunnison. Great experience.
