We had a wonderful, quick stay, in this beautiful home. House was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had tons of cups, plates, bowls and silverware. We didn't do much cooking but there seemed to be a great selection of cookware. This dishwasher was not working during our stay which started happening with their prior reservation. A tech came out to try and fix it but needed a part and wasn't going to be done prior to our leaving. The manager told us not worry about doing the dishes and even offered to send someone to do them during our stay. The last thing I want to do on vacation is handwash dishes so this was wonderful that we didn't have to worry with it. There were plenty of bath towels and linens. A few more pool towels would have been nice, but we made do. Plenty of extra blankets as well, as it was colder than the norm when we stayed so they were definitely appreciated! Having to contact the manager whenever we wanted the hot tub turned on was not ideal, but he was very responsive and it was turned on quickly each time. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property!

Great location! Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping center, restaurants, grocery and Topgolf. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was convenient to Boomah Sports complex as well. Enjoyed our stay, it was a little cold and rainy so we’re weren’t able to swim in the pool but the property manager turned on the heat for the spa/hot tub whenever we texted that we wanted to use it! We will be back!

We had a great stay and the house was excellent for our family. We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and walks by the lake. The spa and sauna were an extra plus to our stay. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

Our family stayed for a long weekend, and enjoyed this house. Very convenient location, the backyard is beautiful, and plenty of space for all of us inside. Lots of places to sit and talk, and tables to eat at.
Overall, I would recommend staying at this house. The only thing I would change is the way the hot tub is set up. We had to text the property manager every time we wanted the hot tub to be heated. Would be much easier to have a timer at the property. But it worked fine, and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was very clean, roomy, comfortable and close to shopping and other outdoor activities. We came here to escape Hurricane Idalia from Hernando Beach where we were staying at a VRBO property. We had to cut our week short there and were able to book the villa the night before check-in, thankfully. Host was very helpful in getting us checked in. The villa will not disappoint future guests. Would love to stay there again.

This house is perfect, we felt at home during our stay. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, the beds, and couches are comfortable and cozy. Our kids and dog especially enjoyed the pool and large backyard.

The house was great! Secure and roomy backyard for dogs! Room leading into backyard was perfect for entertaining and letting dogs cool down before heading inside house! The beds and linens were amazing and John was so attentive to our needs! Great stay, would highly recommend!

This place is as good as advertised the backyard was even bigger than expected. The inside of the house was beautiful. The beds were super comfy kitchen was fantastic as well. Wonderful place to stay with friends or family. The yard is fenced in the only complaint was the gate by the garage wasn't secured and my dog managed to get out twice. Very small issue everything else was outstanding will stay again. Worth the price!

We had to stay somewhere close or Orlando where our motor coach was being serviced and this place turned out to be a mini vacation and its beautifully decorated and peaceful backyard with pool. The bed are the most comfortable I've ever slept on and plan of buying the same mattress.

My extended family and I had the best time at this property. It was spacious and luxurious. There is plenty of room for a large group and multiple spaces where everyone can relax comfortably. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. We could not have asked for a better experience.

The house is wonderful. Little extras like a coffee set up make you feel welcome! We really enjoyed the beautiful private backyard with pool and hot tub. The location is great. Just off the main road, so easy access to everything you need for your stay. We will definitely book this home again!

I had a fantastic stay! The house is beautiful and the neighborhood allows for early morning walks that meant a lot to me. My friends were very comfortable in my host could not have been more helpful.

It is hard to find a place that accepts pet, so I was very happy to be able to bring my fur babies with me us. They seem to have had a great time just like us. Property manager was in constact contact with us. We had some internet issues that were resolved by the end of our stay. Would stay here again if we were looking to stay in the area again.

We had the very best time visiting at this rental. The entire house feels luxurious and has everything you need. Plenty of dishes and towels. The closed in patio area provided plenty of space for several families to come together.

We had to unexpectedly find a place to stay in the Orlando area while our motor coach was being worked on, my son suggested a VRBO which we have never done, we chose this house and it turned out to be a little piece of paradise in our vacation for 3 days we enjoyed it. The house is well decorated the pool is beautiful and it is very quiet and beautiful only a mile from major shopping areas.

This was one of the best short term rental experiences we have ever had. The house was lovely, and the renters went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. The home was well equipped and the location was ideal for our activities. We would definitely rent this property again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious home in the Orlando area.

Everything seemed new, comfortable, good amenities (not like a house where you'd find olive oil, or other things previous people left) as it was managed by a company and wasn't someone's house as far as I could tell--but all of the basics you'd need to cook or bake. Great pool and hot tub/spa and I spent most of my time outside in the secluded backyard area. Walkable, so I didn't need to rent a car. Manager of the property was Johnny-on-the-spot if I needed anything--very helpful. I would definitely stay again.
