Overall INCREDIBLE experience. There were minor issues like several of the video games not working and some leftover trash/dust from prior guests, but these were far outweighed by how amazing the property and community area is. Loved going to the pool directly across the street from the house (felt like a private pool most of the time) and the water park was just a tiny walk from the house. We would definitely return to this property.

This is an amazing resort and has a great deal to offer. The house is amazing and provides a great deal of room. However, the service really lacks. The arcades were not working and after several complaints and promises to come and fix them nothing happened. You pay a great deal to stay in this house for the arcades and the kids were very disappointed. You also have to go to the club house for anything extra. Paper towels, soap, garbage bags and more. Then we discovered that someone came into our house and stole cash in the middle of the day. That was very shocking. It was not discovered until after we had left and the resort was not helpful at all.

Property was clean. Well stocked and a delight to stay in. We enjoyed the entire resort, and will definitely return.

Overall it was amazing for our group of 34, we fit easily into this space. There was a lot to do for everyone old and young. The pool was amazing the staff was great. I wish the pinball machine was also for free because it looked like a party. Everyone kept saying how amazing the place was and that it was a great spot that we should look into again for future stays.
