This home suited our family needs perfectly and we found it just as it was described to me. The home is spacious enough to move around with a really nice layout and a great space outdoors to relax. The bedrooms are also very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I slept great both nights which is unusual for me. One excellent attribute of this property are the en suite full bathrooms. We had three generations of our family in this house and we all had the privacy we needed. It is very conveniently located in Alexandria and close to many activities. Our hosts were great at communicating before and after deciding on this property which is really helpful when making a big decision. We are glad we rented The Potomac and would do it again.

Great location, just a short distance from DC! We were able to get uber/lift no problem for about a 15 minute ride to the city, or you can take the free DASH bus to the king street metro station and go from there. The ensuites in all bedrooms were wonderful for our family of four, plus mother in law. Plenty of towels for our group, and very comfy beds! Collin was super quick to respond to any questions, and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. We really enjoyed our visit, and would definitely stay here again!

We looked at a lot of homes before landing on this one. Staying in an area we knew nothing about was a gamble when finalizing the decision, but we were so happy with the home we picked especially after seeing the areas of the other ones we considered. The home was located in a great area with easy access to everything and off-street parking which was important as we had a rental car. The beds were so comfortable we wanted to sleep in every day. The home had everything, was very comfortable and met all our needs. There was a Safeway two minutes from the house which was conviencient because we did have to buy things like aluminum foil, baggies, paper plates and napkins but that is hit and miss when getting a vrbo (some provide and some don't). We used the bbq several times which was important to us and we were able to sync our music to the tv so we were happy about that too. Collin was very responsive and communicated over everything, staying on top of it our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting the VA / DC area.

Our family found this home to be a perfect home base for our stay in Alexandria. We were in town to attend a memorial service for my father at Arlington National Cemetery, and this was the perfect location: a quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and only a few minutes to Arlington. We found the beds to be quite comfortable, and particularly appreciated the spacious 1st floor living areas and well appointed kitchen. We plan on a return trip and hope to rebook "The Potomac"--Thank you!
