David & his wife are gracious hosts. Their home is beautifully decorated & had everything needed for a wonderful tome of family fellowship. The porch & dock were relaxing & the firepit great for s'mores. I would love to return and spend more time on the water fishing & paddle boarding.

Great place to stay. Super clean, amazing views, the owner of the property is available at all times. My only not so positive comment is that it is a little too far from everything, and when you travel with kids, that may be an issue; but other than that you would have everything there to enjoy stay.

The perfect property for our extended family Christmas celebration. The grand daughters (ages 8, 6, 6, & 3) loved the basement/bunk room for play and rest. Adults enjoyed the views from the family room while playing games, watching TV, cooking, and relaxing.

Everything was great and the attention to detail with the operation of the TV's, lights, WiFi, and AC. NOTE: The kitchen sink faucet needs some attention. A word of courtesy to people using the charcoal grill, dump your spent charcoal in the firepit before departing. The best way is to use an aluminum pan (throw away type) to place your charcoal in and cook over it.

We had 2 families of 4 for an end of Summer getaway & it did not disappoint! The house is well laid out with more kitchen amenities than you even need. The location of it being on a cove is an added bonus bc less lake traffic - our kids could float & swim without worry. The house has kayaks & paddle boards & life vests & plenty of space to tie up a boat & still enjoy the dock. The teens had great luck catching fish & we ended the trip making smores in the fire pit. The welcome basket was also so nice. We have had many lake vacations & know what we like & I would definitely rent this home again!

I rent a house on Sinclair every year for our family vacation and this one has been the best yet. Will definitely rent again!!!

Awesome vacation destination. Helped grandson catch his first fish from the dock, and more after that. House as is posted, and has everything you need. Peaceful with friendly neighbors. Just know it is a bit of a drive on pleasant country roads, so don't plan on running to starbucks for you coffee. Better to brew your own and enjoy it out on the deck. Have been letting friends and family know about this gem.

We thoroughly enjoyed out time at this house. From fishing catfish noodles to kayaking and paddleboards you can do everything right out in front of the covered dock. The house was exactly what our family of 10 were looking for.

Enjoyed our stay at the house. We were able to kayak and enjoy fire outside by lake. Beautiful views and home was very comfortable for whole family. Would recommend home of looking for a place to relax and lay back.

Don’t think it twice to rent this place. If available. just go for it. It’s located on such a perfect cove on the lake. The water is so clear and there is no better view of the sunsets on Sinclair. The house is very well equipped and very clean. We are looking forward to por next stay! Thanks. David

We visited Lake Sinclair with two families - 4 adults and 5 boys (ages 6-12). We had a wonderful time. The house was clean, well stocked, comfortable and beautiful! We rented a boat and enjoyed exploring the lake. The boys loved fishing off the dock and playing in the kayaks and paddle boards. Thank you for a wonderful place to visit and relax!

Our extended family had such a great time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The lake was beautiful - the most clear water I’ve seen at a lake and nice temperature (around 90° in early August)! Beautiful views from the house, the property and the boat house!!! This house had everything you could need - there were small touches that most rental places would not have but really made the stay more enjoyable. There was corn hole, spike ball, other games the kids loved, many blankets and pillows, comfortable beds and pillows, plush towels (linens provided), lots of open space inside, a basket of necessities if we forgot something outside each bathroom, upgraded washer and dryer, laundry baskets, kitchen with everything you could need, paddleboards, kayaks - I could go on and on. The house was perfect! The downstairs was great - a secluded space with its own bunk beds and living room area, bathroom and outside entrance. The host was great too! Always super fast to respond (And I asked a lot of crazy questions before hand!) and tried hard to make our trip nice. The only thing is that the closest grocery store is 35-40 min but as long as you plan, it’s fine. Milledgeville is a good size town with anything you need. The drive is a nice, pretty view so it didn’t bother us. There is a convenient store/country cafe/gas less than 10 min away. There were so many things to do - we rented a boat but were just happy floating on tubes around the dock or sitting by the fire at night. We all wished we could stay longer. Some folks thought they’d get bored but too many options at this house!! If we are ever in GA again - we are stopping by! It was the perfect house, get away and the host was amazing!

This property has everything the description said and more. The owners have thought of everything. If it's not there you don't need it. Our family, including the grandchildren were very impressed. We highly recommend it if you want the best.

The property was exactly as described. It was was supplied with everything needed from linens to life jackets for all sizes. Just make sure to stop at the store for any food you would like as it is a ways to the store. My family and another family rented a boat and enjoyed water activities all day and at night the kids were able to rest and relax in their downstairs area while the adults relaxed outside on the dock and firepit seating. Perfect get away for 2 families of 4.

We have nothing but great things to say about the house and the owners. The house was exactly as described and in great condition. The location was ideal for us bringing our 25' boat as being tucked in a cove gave us some piece of mind. The dock was more than adequate and frankly, better than any we have used in years past. e Communication with the owners was superb. They were extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions or needed anything. We we will certainly look to coming back in the near future.

We really enjoyed staying in this home and highly recommend it. The home and dock are wonderful with a lot of amenities. The owners were very communicative. We will definitely be back!

2nd time here. Cleanest place weve been. Great location. Works well with kids and teenagers because of split levels.

This is an excellent Lake House. It is situated a bit out of the way but that puts it in a very quiet area with few cars passing and little other outside noise.. it's ideal for relaxing and resting.
