The house was very nice, with modern appliances and updated, nice finishes. It is conveniently located, and the property manager was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. All in, our family had a wonderful time here. Thanks!

Lovely, modern, and well appointed home that provided plenty of room for our family trip which included 5 adults and 4 young kids. We loved the fenced in backyard which included plenty of seating, a bar, and fire pit. The kids played in the backyard every afternoon and we ate dinner outside each night. Very much appreciated the chef’s kitchen, air conditioning, and well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Best part was having beach chairs and toys down at the beach locker so we didn’t have to haul back and forth! Bedroom over garage did get pretty hot (only room with no AC) but the provided fan helped. Location was great; very safe, private residential neighborhood and a 4 min walk to the beach. The walk back is all uphill which was a bit challenging for the little kids; we did drive down to pick up a couple of times. Having a parking permit or golf cart would’ve been amazing!! The house is also only a couple minute drive to grocery store, liquor store, hardware store, CVS, and coffee shops which was super convenient. The private beach was beautiful and nearly empty in the mornings! It was quite rocky so we wore flip flops to walk along the shore or go into the water. That was the only downside to the beach. All in all an amazing stay. Lynn was so communicative and helpful throughout. A lovely spot for us to start an annual family beach vacation tradition!

We sought an air conditioned place near the beach with first floor bedroom en suite and accommodations for our family of six. This place was perfect. It is an updated, well furnished, comfortable home (not a cottage).The private beach nearby was a great resource. Lynn was very helpful.

6 girls stayed at this rental from Friday to Sunday. The house was even better in person than in the pictures. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and having a couple of drinks. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable. AC worked great in all rooms except one bedroom. We did have to leave the door open with a fan blowing into order to get the cool air in there. The beach is GORGEOUS. It is a bit rocky at the section in front of the stairs but there’s a sandbar that’s rock free that you can walk to. Warning: the hill on the way back to the house is tough if you don’t like hills. We loved this property and hope to be back again!

Amazing house with very accurate pictures on the Vrbo profile. Host was prompt with responses and very nice to communicate with. The private beach access was about a 5 minute walk down the hill and the key included unlocked a kyack and 5 beach chairs exclusive just for this rental. Would recommend this property to anyone interested in this surrounding area.

Group of 4 friends spent the weekend at this terrific property. Communication with owner was smooth as was the check in. My group has rented a lot of properties as we have been doing this for over 30 years. This property had all the amenities that we could ask for. Well stocked kitchen, new appliances, terrific open layout. Bedrooms were comfortable and the house was spotless. Welcome book gave all the info a guest could look for. Only a 10 minute walk through the quiet residential neighborhood and we were at the beach. Already talking about returning for our Fall weekend. Highly recommend.
