Todo súper renovado y la atención de la chica de la entrada que había :)

Se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones de al lado .

The communication and informations I got upon booking were clear and valuble. The room and bathroom were clean which is most important for us + had small fridge. The shared kitchen is very well equipped and we liked the concept. We parked on the street for free (you just have to take care of a line colour and sign) and took the nearby train to Bilbao town. That was very convenient. Also, the suggested bar across the street had excellent choice of a tasty food for breakfast, and the prices are fair. All together - Excellent value for money!

I liked that the check-in was completely autonomous and didn't need to have a card/key with me. Just had to remember a code. The room was clean.

The AC was making a really annoying sound like leaking gas/pouring water and the only solution was turning it down until it barely did anything... It was impossible to sleep with it on. There was 0 sound proofing. I could hear the phone ring of the neighbour room, walking kids in the hotel corridor, etc. The bed was noisy, combined with bad sound proofing, you can just imagine.
