Cleanliness, close to public transportation, restaurants and the night life.

Great location. Convenient to shops, food and metro station.
Nice staff. Clean, quiet room.
Interesting interior design - lots of plants and greenery at the entryway and cute artistic touches in the hallways of each floor.
Mini fridge, kettle, very large screen TV in each room. Microwave on main floor.
Had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The property is nearby Bupyeong station, which is very convenient.
The room itself was good, big enough so I could open my big suitcase. Key card to open the door is very handy. Bathroom very convenient as well.
The bed was definitely hard, though I prefer hard ones, this one was harder. I might have wanted one more shelf in the bathroom, but I manage in a different way. I do prefer a colder room at night, but sometimes the heating floor was on, and I don't think we can turn it off ourselves, so I'm glad I could open the little window (I also didn't have time to ask the staff about it).

ソフトの面の対応は非常によく受付対応してもらった高齢の女性もチェックアウトなどを対応してもらった高齢の男性も素敵だった。清掃も完璧とまでは言えないが隅々まで行き届いているため清潔な印象を受けた。
ただハードの面は期待してたものと違った。例えば建物の造りが音を伝えやすく隣の部屋のテレビの音はもちろん共用部の廊下の音も聞こえるため休まる機会がなく眠ることを諦めた。
