The location was convenient and quiet. Parking outside the door and free.
It was very bright in the bedroom with the street lights shining in and summer morning brightness.

Clean and well presented. Fresh flowers on the table and carrot cake for us with coffee! Windows open as it was warm was thoughtful.
Small things, but we struggled for quite a while to figure out how to open the sofa bed. As 5 of us were staying it would have been helpful to either make up the bed for us (we were arriving after 10pm) or leave instructions for the bed and where to find bedding. But we did get it sorted in the end!
Same for the coffee machine. Just a small instruction sheet would have saved a little bit of stress and time figuring it out.

The host is such a lovely and friendly person. She met us at the house and gifted us a cake.
