I loved how remote and relaxed the property was, it is the perfect place to unwind from the stresses of the city. The beautiful landscape, friendly neighbors, and perfect weather made my stay wonderful. I especially like how modern and comfortable the bathrooms are here.

The house was superb
The lawn was phenomenal
The facilities and amenities were great
The hosts were very caring and attentive, even gifted us some apricots
The sound system was really cool (once I rewired it to actually work in stereo)
Water supply was awesome and better than anywhere else in Armenia
Some kitchenware was pretty old
The village itself is a typical post-soviet countryside, picturesque, but with nothing to do and some (rare) electricity problems

The location is close to Lake Sevan, so it was a perfect place to get back to after a day on the beach and sightseeing. The atmosphere was so peaceful and the host made us feel so at ease. The property was clean and well maintained and there were even fruit trees on the premises (although the fruit will not be ready for another month).
