Great location, responsive owner

Bad value for money, the very small flat was not very clean, the bed wasn’t really comfortable, you can hear all the neighbours late diner conversation from your bed, the windows don’t fully close, the little garden is very basic

the location was what we needed

the very loud and squeaky tree right outside the bedroom window was very upsetting. there was an old sock and about an inch of dust under the bed. the towels smelled of mildew and the shower curtain had mold on it. we were told not to park in the drive way yet there was a car parked there every night.
