The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with items. There is lots of space for suitcases and contents. It has a clothes washer dryer as well as a dishwasher. It has been recently renovated to nice modern standards. It is very close to the old town center and harbour.
The only issue is car parking on the street. When we arrived at 4:00 pm, the closest parking spot was about 300 meters away. The host, Petra, told us that spots do open up closer to the apartment. She was correct in that we did see that during our stay. But since we walked to the sites, we didn’t move our car for 2 days. On day 3, when returning with our car, we parked right front of the property.

Supermarkt is dichtbij.

Petra's place was roomy, immaculately clean, well equipped and very central. So, convenient for getting to the Old Town and beaches. While we didn't meet Petra herself, she was very communicative to all our needs. Highly recommended.
If I had to be picky, the sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept on, but the bed in the main room was great.
