The location was great, quiet area, parking was sufficient and was easy access to all the activities we did. The house offered loads of space and was well laid out for our needs as a mixed group of 6 (4 adults - including a 77 yr old and 2 children)
Not things we didn't like but just a SUGGESTION would be to have a TV in the main area - so the adults had a tv and the children had use of the one in the second lounge room. And maybe heating in the pool - would of been nice.

The house is very well-equipped. We did not want for anything. Location is easy to access, quiet, private, spacious and close to beach and shopping
Apart from there not being enough sunshine time, the only trivial fault that we could find is that the hallway sensor lights at skirting level did not function.

Perfect location for walks to the beach, short drive to Coffs central or day trips to surrounding towns. Huge house with a great layout that accommodated all of us comfortably. Kids loved the pool and Big Banana just up the road. Walking proximity to Aanuka resort’s restaurant and cafe an added bonus.

The property was beautiful and perfect for 10 people. The pool was a hit!
It could do with more air conditioning. The bedrooms were quite hot and the ceiling fans weren’t quite keeping up.
