Clean and comfortable.
Even had a teapot!
Upstairs and downstairs loos.
Hosts very approachable, helpful and friendly.
Close to the County Cricket ground, town shopping, and Phipps brewery, a rare treat for real ale drinkers. Also, check out the free museum in the cultural quarter, especially the shoe gallery.
Parking on the street is residents only.
However, two or three streets to the east, parking is unrestricted (and free!).
