Nice clean room, comfortable bed, powerful shower very nicely decorated.
Dim lighting could benefit from a main light

Location is fantastic. Bicester Heritage is a special place and if you're in to old cars it's about the most perfect spot imaginable. Betts is a compact but nice room. Excellent shower.
Ridiculous booking system. They actually charge a £300 damage deposit to your card (for a 1 night stay costing £125) and say it will take 8 days to refund. They also apply mandatory 'transaction fees' for the deposit which are a violation of booking.com's terms. I won't stay here again for this reason.

The price was ridiculous for what was on offer. No breakfast, one bottle of water to last for two days, no cleaning on second day. No facilities to store luggage after being thrown out at 11am. Unable to gain access until 4pm.
