Our accommodation was impeccably clean, comfortable and perfectly located for exploring the city. The magnificent view made every moment even more special, while the host’s promptness and responsiveness truly made our stay unforgettable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the thoughtful daily check-in messages made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit.
Nothing EVERYTHING was perfect

The location and view from the room deck and rooftop deck was beyond excellent!
Sewer gas! Apparently they bathroom does not have traps on the drains; the shower and tub for sure - not sure about the commode or bidet. So the room smelled like a sewerage plant which they tried to cover up with a vanilla candle; which made it worse. They finally "fixed it" after the 2nd day. So we had to sleep with the windows and sliding door open and since it's across from the Duomo, and there are bars in the area; sleeping was challenging to not possible. Bring ear plugs! ....and nose plugs!
