This is our second stay this year at Julie and Darren's amazing apartment. Everything about it is excellent and they are incredible hosts, always respond very quickly to any issues, having said that, we had none☺️. Wellswood is a lovely quiet spot and the bus stop is about 200 yards from the apartment, to take you to various lovely places to visit. We look forward to staying again next year as this gem of a place is our favourite in the locality.

Great location being halfway between Torquay town and Babbacombe. Bus just around the corner which was great for us having no car. Very quiet area with shops and pub nearby.
As we were elderly it did prove a challenge using the stairs in order to get our luggage to the apartment so not ideal. However we were well aware of this before we booked and we did manage.

Good apartment set in a pleasant suburb only a few minutes drive from seafronts.

The size of the apartment was excellent, Lovely and light and very spacious. Great location as the bus stop was a two minute walk away, so we didn't use the car at all. We have stayed in Wellswood before and it has lovely cafes, shops and the Kent pub. Julie and Darren were great hosts and answered any queries, both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend and we would definitely book again.
