Carpets could be cleaner as some stains. Also parking even though had a disc zone permit still difficult to park

It was spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped .
The beds were clean & comfortable.
It wasn’t very clean. Lots of cobwebs on the coving. A dirty blind in the bathroom. The general cleaning standard was overall not very good..The shower cubicle bottom door seals were broke so water went onto the bathroom floor making it very slippy and a potential fall hazard.

Great location. Good size property.
Not very clean, stains all over carpets, lots of dust, damp in back bedroom and musty smell, mould in main bedroom.
No hairdryer and ignored when asked where it was and if we could have another one.
Neighbours dog barking at 6am.
One toilet roll between 3 people for 3 days and two nights.
