Breakfast was amazing - either choosing from a menu, or having a buffet (buffet was available on weekends).
I appreciated the accommodation of my special food requests, the staff were helpful and considerate in making sure my needs were taken into account.
As for the place itself, it felt cozy, clean, and well maintained, and beds were very comfortable.
We had a really good rest because of that.
Might stay here again next time.
The air conditioner was very noisy when set to a lower temperature, so I had a hard time falling asleep as I’m a light sleeper. Also, a socket in the bathroom did not work. Besides that, everything else was good.

The property is nicely decorated and good location (far enough from the hustle and bustle of Urbiztondo Beach area but close enough if you’d like to venture out for the night). Clean room (they appear to be cleaning communal areas all the time which I personally appreciate). Staff attentive without being annoying.
I stayed at room 2220 and the toilet fixtures need sorting - the toilet door knob needs fixing as it’s loose so as the sink tap. The shower tap also needs fixing as they weren’t working properly (they water output is meant to changed to you turn the knob but it wasn’t doing so) and the water pressure is also less to be desired.
