This is a great VRBO condo. Conveniently located to Denver & suburbs. Host was very responsive. Well equipped with everything you need. Spacious king bedrooms. No elevator so you have to be able to do 44 steps freq

It was a beautiful condo. The place was very clean and our property manager was wonderful. She was there for anything we needed. We will definitely consider coming back!

The property was just as wonderful as the pictures show. Super clean. Liked the split bedroom floor plan, beds very comfortable. Everything you need is available and in like new condition (nice iron). Very quiet building and neighborhood. Neighborhood is great for walking. Condo located close to tollway, but easy to avoid by using local streets with little traffic. Great to have use of the garage too. Highly recommend and would rent again. Only caution would be that’s there’s no elevator and condo is on the third floor, making it a little more difficult carrying heavy luggage in and out. I’m 70, not use to the higher altitude of Denver, and had no problem using the stairs.

The apartment was perfect for our stay! It was in a great/safe neighborhood and good location. The apt was very clean and loved the decor. Would definitely stay there again!

My wife and 2 of our close friends stayed the weekend to take advantage of a local show and a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. Brenda was communicative and, overall, our stay at the property exceeded expectations. Everything was clean, the neighborhood is nice, and sleep was easy in the quiet environment (and comfy beds!). We may be reaching out in the near future should our travels take us out that way again!

Our stay was very enjoyable. It was easy to communicate with the owner and she was quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was clean and ready for us.

We stayed here for a week to visit family and for an event in Colorado Springs. Family was in Arvada and Littleton so this location was right in the middle for us.
Host was wonderful and very responsive. Condo had everything we needed and was extremely comfy.
We would absolutely stay here again for a future visit. Thank you for a great stay!

A home away from home! This condo was well furnished, very clean, well decorated and comfortable! Too many little things to mention them all but nice new appliances, Henckels knives, magnifying mirror in the master bath, garage that fit my Chevy Silverado crew cab (short bed) and new washer/dryer! Neighborhood was nice and grocery store nearby. Brenda was the best, responded right away to my texts and worked to make sure we had everything we needed. My wife and daughter loved the place. We'll be back!

Brenda was super accommodating and responsive. We stayed at this property for a week and felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook three meals a day. The garage plus carport that connects to the building was ideal. All rooms were very clean and well-supplied. The fireplace creates a lovely ambience. We really enjoyed our stay.

Booking was super easy and the pre-arrival email was very detailed with everything I needed to know before we left. The pictures don’t quite do it justice - the condo is even better in person. Not knowing Denver very well before I booked, I wish we were a little closer to the west side. One thing I would suggest is creating an Express Toll account before arriving then adding your rental car info before you even leave the airport. The airport is off a toll road, as is the condo so it’s difficult to avoid toll driving if you want to get anywhere within a reasonable time. Having the garage was awesome as was the kitchen and washer and dryer. The complex itself is SUPER quiet and is right off a very nice walking path. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the condo very much. Good hosts and Lindsey was quick to respond with answers to questions. We hope to use condo again later in the fall to see our newly weds.

We were walking distance to my sons house.
It was perfect.
We came to Parker to meet our new grand daughter.
It was nice to give them their space and we had ours.

Walking trails amazing. Great location. We enjoyed our stay. Spacious enough for everyone to have their own space but also comfortable for gathering. Beds and bedding VERY comfortable.

The condo was exactly as described. My husband and I were traveling for medical and the condo was close to where we needed to be. We both worked from the condo most days we were there and having the second bedroom was a bonus for us to both work without being on top on each other. There are plenty of dishes and small appliances to cook whatever you need. Leanne even worked with us when we needed to extend our stay a few extra days. Thanks for the great stay.

We stayed here as family of 4 for almost three weeks. Overall it was nice, place is just as described, kitchen was well stocked, and property manager was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. We were there during a snow storm so having a garage was great. The only con (which I may have overlooked in the description) is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. That means you need to be comfortable going up 40 flights of stairs every time you leave and come back. It was definitely an inconvenience when we were carrying luggage and groceries. Thankfully my kids are older and managed ok but if you have a physical disability or stroller aged children, it will be challenging. Also, A/C does not work in the winter and the apartment does get warm (upper 70s) and the only way to cool it is to close the blinds or open the balcony. Again, it was a bit inconvenient as we were not used to this setup but we managed ok.
