Wi-fi free, Netflix free, aria condizionata, parcheggio gratuito e ampio giardino di 400 mq con gazebo, ping pong, calcetto e canestro da basket.
La casa, ubicata al piano terra, dispone di tre camere da letto(2 matrimoniali,1 singola), ampia taverna con caminetto, 2 bagni, cucina (con forno,macchina del caffè frigorifero,Freezer, stoviglie, pentole,piatti e posate,frullatore,moka, tostapane, forno a microonde.
Inoltre la casa dispone di lavatrice, ferro da stiro e stendino.
Gli animali domestici sono ben venuti, ma vi suggeriamo di contattarci preventivamente per organizzarci.
Viene richiesto il pagamento di un supplemento giornaliero di € 5 per animale, da saldare in struttura al vostro arrivo.
Gli ospiti possono rilassarsi sia nella grossa taverna con camino che nell'ampio giardino e gazebo.

The house is on the ground floor with 2 main bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, a very comfortable tavern/living room with a fire pit, 2 bathrooms and kitchen (equipped with oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, crockery, pots, plates and cutlery, blender, moka pot, toaster, microwave oven, fridge, cutlery and utensils).
Also, the house offers a laundry with washing machine, iron and airer.
Pet friendly but we suggest let us know in advance to make it ready and comfortable for them too.
For each pet is 5£ a day and it will be requested at your entry in the house.
The guests are more then welcome to relax and enjoy the lovely gazabo.

The property itself was nice. Our host, Andrea, was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Andrea was friendly and attentive. Internet access was strong and adequate - 5 people with smartphones and three laptops. Water pressure was great. The area was quiet and peaceful. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the neighborhood was like a dead zone.
The kitchen was relatively small. There were 5 of us and we cooked everyday! There weren't many restaurants within walking distance, so we cooked. It was manageable and our host provided everything we needed to make it work. I would recommend renting a vehicle to get around. Public transportation is almost nonexistent. There is a COOP grocery store not too far away from the property - we walked. Prices are a little high...comparable to Whole Foods in the States. If not driving, I recommend daytime arrival and departure time. The airport is about 20mins drive. There isn't a good public transportation route from the neighborhood, especially earlier and later in the day.
We enjoyed waking up to birds singing. The property is on a private road, ideal for family with younger children, too. If you like it quiet, you will enjoy this place. It was clean. The amenities were adequate, the people were friendly! Thank you, Andrea!

The welcome is excellent but the location is pretty hard to find, whilst a relatively quiet part of Milan it was not quite what we expected. The details indicated that there was only one room but in fact there were three plus a kitchen and a lounge area. We thought we were going to receive a breakfast but there were just two small cakes and a kettle. This was not a major problem as we were making an early start to leave but felt slightly misled. The worst problem was that the towels in the bathroom were in need of a very good hot wash. They smelt musky and dank and were unusable. The venue was acceptable but in reality the accommodation needs some attention. That having been said Andrea was a very pleasant host who was a delight to meet.
