What a wonderful property. Down at the end of a quiet dirt road, perched on the edge of a classic Prescott Valley canyon. Perfectly appointed with room to spare. It's the kind of property you feel guilty about leaving when you set our for your planned activities in the Prescott area because of the opportunity cost... all those great amenities that you won't have time to enjoy. My buddies and I were on a golf trip, and seriously considered shortening one of our rounds just to go back and enjoy hanging out at the house. Would 100% book again should we find ourselves returning to the area.

Very quiet location, just outside of town set on the back end of a small ravine with large boulders to view outside the back of the property. I was traveling alone with my 2 little dogs so I didn't use the whole property, but it is set up for a larger group with plenty of space for separation with the main floor of primary cabin, downstairs bedrooms, and the guest house. The garage was able to fit my full size SUV and the home is has an ample supply and set up for enjoyment. A clean, somewhat spacious and private location a couple of miles from downtown Prescott, Whiskey Row, and close to some hiking trails. The place makes a great basecamp for a trip to Prescott.

We had a wonderful visit - spacious clean comfortable and well prepsred

The property was amazing! The views were beautiful. The hot tub and the individualized outdoor spaces for each guest was genius! It provided exactly what we needed for our stay. The proximity to downtown was convenient enough to go daily, but was far enough out it felt like we were in the mountains.
