We loved the property because it was convincingly close to the wedding venue and it was nice and clean.

The property itself is beautiful and is very convenient if you are having a wedding at the venue. However, there are very few amenities, little communication regarding how to find check in info, WiFi and checkout- I had to ask about all of it. And there is NO PARKING right by VRBO- that is reserved for vendors- that is very inconvenient- especially when you are trying to load and unload for wedding, or just unload to stay in general.
There are A LOT of rules. I understand, as I also run a vacation rental. However, it does not feel geared for guests in any way. The beds were not comfortable for many of us- and it is sparsely equipped for cooking. The furnishings are beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, and the larger barn condo has more kitchen and bath amenities. It could be fantastic with a few tweaks- especially ones that make the guests feel prioritized over their other business.
