The decking on the caravan let the place down. Broken latch on gate, the holes on decking furniture meant the children could not t go out without supervision. The plastic beakers in the caravan were not clean. I was charged £12 for a new mattress cover, it was stated the one on the bed was stained, I appreciate it may have been stained by some juice, but the pictures they sent of it supposedly being cleaned looked like it had been cleaned with a bleach solution , as the stain was yellow, the juice that may have been spilt, was apple.i feel the stain may have come out if the cover had been put threw a washing machine, but this had not been done, as I received the message with a couple of hours if leaving the site. I have messaged the relevant people but received no reply and it's now 2 weeks later.

Comfortable accommodation with a spacious seating area. Only issue is that the TV doesn't work particularly well, the signal is constantly interrupted. Other than that, everything is as described.
