Great location, amazing views, spacious apartment

Convenient location and a big space. Parking included. Decently priced & clean

Very poor quality of communication from the host. At times took over 24hrs to respond. No key was provided to gain access to a common area that leads to the room door. Resulted in us having to pay $275 out of pocket for a locksmith to come out after several failed attempts from both myself and booking.com customer service team calling the host as early as 8pm. Although this was reimbursed days later by the host, they showed no care or compassion for the situation or help solve the problem in any way. No apologies for the inconvenience of being stuck outside for 3+ hrs or paying $275 might have caused. Although the prices might be slightly cheaper than other spots around in the area, I would say it’s not worth the risk for something going wrong and dealing with a host with 0 people skills or kindness.
