Location and parking
Flat needed a deep clean. Skirting boards dirty, marks on the walls and paintwork. Mould in the bathroom. Rusty towel stand in the bathroom. Oven trays dirty. Bedside cabinets falling to bits, not the same as in the advert. Freezer full of ice.
Wifi didn't work.

Location, by all means...and the mechanised sofas, cozy
Could be more spacious.

Self catered. Location was fine in that the bus stop for transport into the city centre is only a few minutes walk and buses are frequent. Flat is in pleasant surroundings and quiet. This is our second stay at the flat and we will certainly be returning. Recommended.
Only one gripe - the lock box for the key is in poor condition and, I think, damaged so it took some time to open it.

The location was good for us (walking distance to Duthie Park for half-marathon). The bed was comfortable. Laurie was efficient - she noticed that we had a child and asked if we needed a cot (although I did request one). She also asked if we needed a highchair which we used.
The Internet didn’t work our whole stay, we did enquire about this but was told it was down. Appliances looked quite tired and although the flat was surface level clean, it needed a deeper clean, e.g. shower had a bit of mould
