- Quiet location and close to Danube Supermarket. - Rooms are generally clean. - Comfortable beds.

- Unsatisfactory internet connection, e.g. streaming one Netflix TV show episode is not possible without constant interruption and lag. - Bad cable TV quality and very limited no. of TV channels. - Kitchen lacking basic utensils/equipment. - The 2 bedroom apartment description mentioned the provision of a washing machine. However, it was later understood that it's available upon request, meaning the washing machine will be brought into the apartment with no dedicated space for it within the kitchen/bathrooms. Of course that was not possible as it would cause obstruction to movement. - In one of the bathrooms, the toilet seat gets wet when using the shower due to its location in that area. - Water heater works for less than 5 minutes before becoming cold.
