The facilities are excellent. The apartment is new, modern, and very well equipped, including a washing machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay close to the Vatican, with easy access to the metro and train stations. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, and pharmacies nearby, making the stay very convenient. Highly recommended!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We experienced an issue during the late check-in because the automatic door did not open as expected. However, Camila was extremely helpful, responsive, and quick to solve the problem, even in the middle of the night. Her support made a big difference and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back again in the future.
