The AC wasn’t working so had to rely on heater

The stay was wonderful and the view from the bedroom was amazing. The amenities were great, and the entire place is well-maintained.

The bed gets very cold in the winter. It would be great to have electric blankets and a second heater for the colder months. Also, there were no cleaning services during the stay; I highly recommend incorporating a cleaning fee into the bill to include this service.

The rooms were clean and we loved the 2 bedroom set-up including the equipment to make our stay easier. Also very close to Rosebank shopping mall.. a 2 minute walk

The early morning noise from the street by the public and e-hailing taxis

Staff in building are very unfriendly and not helpful at all as the property does not get magaged by them The couch is in desperate need of an upgrade it feels like you are sitting on a piece of wood. The mattresses are also in need of an upgrade. No stay instructions were received upon arrival wasted our time every time we tried to find the parking bay, no clear instructions given through. On departure the lockbox didn’t work and no phone calls we answered or messages responded to which once again set us an hour behind on our departure time.
