Very cute 1bedroom apartment. It was very cleaning and lots of amenities provided. Coffee filters and coffee were already stocked. Good selection of items for cooking and super comfortable bed. It was super walkable to beech mountain resort. We were so pleased with that some places say walking distance or close but are actually challenging because of mountain roads. This was not the case with this place.

Really liked everything about the place. The couch was a little worn but not too bad.

Todo, es perfecto, decoración, ubicación, calidad se loa utensilios y muebles, cama, super limpio. Es un sitio super acogedor

The location was great.

The location was perfect for the event we came to take in and there was a lot to see and do in the area. The location of the apartment on the property was very depressing and not senior citizen friendly.

The location of the apartment on the property was underground and had a lot of steep steps which made it difficult for a 73 year old woman with arthritis in her knees. Since it was underground the area outside the door was dark, unclean and depressing. The parking was also very tight since a lot of the other apartments had occupants. The apartment also had a very odd smell, fortunately we travel with a can of air freshener. The washer and dryer facilities were plugged into outlets that were not adequate. They kept starting and stopping and my husband finally plugged the dryer straight into an outlet was still not the correct voltage. May be a fire hazard in the future. The one really wonderful thing about the property were the deer that would feed right off the balcony every day.
