Everything about the property were excellent but what stood out the most were the staff headed by Garry as we felt really special. Everyone is very kind and helpful.

Nothing everything is perfect

The location, facilities and the staff were great!!!

A bit expensive for the area and the fact that the pool is not in a great location at the hotel compare to other hotels in the same budget

This was my first time with my family to the Philippines and the island of El Nido and after staying at The Apartments it won’t be the last time. The Apartments are slap bang in the middle of El Nido town and minutes away from the waterfront and all the places to eat. The staff at The Apartments are so very helpful, they will help you book excursions and are there for any advice you need to help you navigate your way around the island. And this can be places to eat excursions to try or just basic advice on how much you should be paying for your tuk tuks. I have to mention Garry and Kim as only a couple of the staff we interacted on a daily basis, but all the staff including the security guards at the front gate were all so smiley and helpful with everything, they are such a great team of staff there. I would recommend you stay here without a doubt. I was with my 2 young sons and wife on this stay and we will no doubt be back. Thank you to The Apartments team, you do such a great job. Salamat

Nothing we didn’t like, all was great

Personable and attentive staff with great recommendations and anticipate your needs- the manager Garry was amazing

Nothing! It was a perfect stay!
