Provided a fan…
Windows in living room don’t open and the window in the bedroom doesn’t stay open… NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE STAFF… texted and sent messages numerous times, including a request for the WiFi info because it wasn’t provided as it said. Parking was also a bit confusing was told we could be provided a photo of the parking area… requested but never provided.

Absolutely lovely apartment in Exeter! The place was beautifully presented, comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Exeter and the surrounding area. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location. Good size. Kitchen was great and included a washing machine. Free parking at rear.
Very hot in summer. No airconditioning and windows in front conservatory didn’t open.

Great location -quiet yet close to central Exeter, modernised old flat with great glass walled balcony, nearby coop store, free parking nearby, very fishy smell in flat was rather unpleasant though, double bed in room on small side and sofa bed not so comfortable but adequate for our teenage son
