We had a visually impairment member who found the lighting a little dim for reading but apart from this small thought an outstanding base from which to enjoy our holiday.

Lovely and spacious, perfect to park up and enjoy the area without the car for a few days!
Bed very soft and low.

Could have done with a bread knife, however, seeing they didn't have one in other reviews brought ours from home!
Basics like replacement bin liners and replacemt foil missing.

A superb location for discovering Bailgate, the Cathedral, Castle and Steep Hill pubs and shops, this together with the parking directly outside makes this a truly excellent choice to explore Lincoln, we thoroughly enjoyed our week here, there is a large secure garden so the dogs were easily managed. The location is perfectly quiet as well.
