Location is excellent for the Castle and Cathedral. Facilities are good and the accommodation is spacious for two. Good well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room.
Bathroom is small and tired.

Great apartment within walking distance of the town. Nicely appointed with the added bonus of a washing machine and an outside line. Host not on site but very quick to respond to any concerns.
Bathroom window wouldn't open. I have passed this onto the host so hope it gets resolved.

The location was close to Lincoln Castle and other tourist attractions.
The bathroom let the property down, there was a smell of mould from the bathroom, couldn't open the windows for ventilation and no blind for privacy. The bottom of the shower tray was broken and the architrave was swollen and mouldy. Some tiles were lifting from wall. The double glazed window was all misted up inside the unit. The bedroom radiator was rusty. No welcome pack, not what is expected for the price paid.expected more!
