Het ontvangst door Omar! We voelde ons gelijk thuis! Alles konden we vragen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de honesty bar doet je ook aan thuis denken…
Sommige dingen waren een beetje verouderd bij het zwembad. Die was ook vies, maar kan ook door de regen komen van de dag ervoor. Een likje verf in de kamers zou ook wel mogen…Maar dit zijn gewoon kleine dingen. Je moet er rekening mee houden dat je echt met de taxi moet of een auto moet huren. Het dorpje was erg rustig. Rond half 12 was alles al dicht. Dus na het eten was er geen gelegenheid meer voor een drankje ergens aan de bar. Het Noorden is zoiezo echt prachtig!! Dus ga je voor rust dan zit je hier zoiezo goed.

Is some places it could do with a little maintenance but it doesn’t stop me staying here - stayed twice this year 2026.

Staff are very friendly. Omar was very welcoming and kind.
The Giri is tired. The decoration in balinese style is outdated and probably needs a refurbishment. The front decking is uneven and broken in parts. The room we stayed in had a damp musty smell and indicated that it had been used as a massage room in a previous setup. Breakfast is ok but soon becomes monotonous with exactly the same offering every morning. the pool was extremely warm- too hot to cool off in when the temperatures were very high. Shade was difficult to find around the pool.
