Mira Grand Hotel Quy Nhơn

Thank you for the opportunity to share my experiences at Mira Hotel Grand, Quy Nhon. The minute I walked in I was met by the friendliest of staff. Very helpful and willing to answer my questions I posed. Upon completing the paperwork I was directed to the lift. Opening the door, I found the room to be beautifully clean, a very large bed and small table and chairs for relaxing away from the bed. Inside the bathroom I found that was being spoilt with soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, earbuds, not something that one gets from all hotels. As for sleeping, it is so quiet that one cannot have anything else but a peaceful sleep. Every morning the cleaning ladies arrive at the door with the biggest smiles on their faces ready to change bedding and cleaning the room. At this time it a great idea to go to the rooftop and enjoy the swimmingpool.

Honestly speaking, I cannot think of one negative thing to say. There is nothing here that is to dislike. Congratulations Mira Management on a job well done. You have done such a wonderful job I cannot think of one thing I dislike....

Ideally situated near the city centre. Literally a 6 minute walk to the shopping mall which has a wide variety of shops. Surrounded by eateries. & Minute walk to the beach in the opposite direction. Also laundries around the hotel. The hotel staff are excellent, from cleaning staff to reception, they are amazing. I have discovered new family here now after meeting the staff here

This is a difficult question to answer as I don't have anything to dislike. Everything is really pleasant. If anything, there is no hot tub / spa bath here. That is about all I can think of that I would have appreciated at the venue.

Firstly, I need to state that I had extended my initial visit here. That is purely based on how welcome and comfortable I feel at this accommodation. The reception staff, the cleaners, the breakfast staff all go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome........ and that is both noted and appreciated

There is a swimmingpool here, but since I cannot swim, I would have appreciated a hot tub / spa which I could have enjoyed. Apart from that, there is not much I not like here. Everything here is great and wonderful.

Great location. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom. I’d definitely stay again.

Noisy Neighbours - very inconsiderate. The place was clean enough for me, but picky people may complain about the stained towels/bedding
