My 5th time to this hotel ..what I love about this hotel is their staff. to be honest,this hotel cannot compete with other new hotels as the facilities, rooms are old.

The pathway to the room was smelly and dirty.. Need to improve on breakfast choices..the bubur kacang was spoiled. i think they just reheat the porridge from previous buffet lunch or dinner.

Staff was helpful, proactive in service and friendly to give advice to us

The facility is clearly old. The room smell was mouldy, to go bare feet on the carpet was clearly uncomfortable as I could feel it being sticky, everyday the bed was made but the bedsheets was never clean from spots, there’s either smoke burns, stains or hair on it, despite just entering it daily from my activity of the day.

What i love about this hotel is their staff.they are very helpful, friendly and attentive..this hotel also near to shopping mall.. everything is just around there.

I didn't like the furniture in the room..the air-conditioning also not working properly..need to upgrade on this..

This is my 2nd time stayed in this hotel..the location is easy to access everywhere in Jakarta Selatan...the most important thing, their staffs are very helpful,kind friendly.. Breakfast was not bad..

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS VERY GOOD BECAUSE THE BLOCK M MALL AND THE OTHER RESTAURANT

THE FOOD AT THE BREAKFAST IS LIMTED NO DIFRENT CHOICES,, THE TOWELS IS VERY OLD AND CUT AND ONE TOWELS NOT ENOUGH TO USE TO YOUR BODY AND COVER YOUR SELF,, THE CK OUT TIME I COULD NOT EXTENDED AFTER ( 12 : 20 ) PM I WISH IF THEY AGREE TO BE AT ONE O'CLOCK AFTERNOON TIME , THE TV CHANNEL, THERE IS NO FOOTBALL TO WATCH WORLD CUP IN QATAR AT THIS MONTH
